    Ride Height 1969 DeVille Convertible

What is the original ride height on a 1969 Convertible?

My car is about 1/2" lower on the drivers side, so I`ll need some new shocks and springs and I`m woundering if I should go for some lowering kit or maybe air suspension

Get air shocks. the shop can run the valve to the frame behind the rear bumper so you can fill or let out air as needed to keep it level.

I already have air shocks, but they are leaking..

But the car is lower on the drivers side both front and rear, so I would like to do something all around.
Havent decided if I should go for air bags, rear air shocks or just fixed lowered springs and absorbers yet..

You might want to get 4 new springs and two new rear air shocks. Shock do not hold up the car, the springs do this. The exception is air shocks. They help, but need the springs for most of the work.

So, since I already have air shock in the rear (which are leaking, so the car is alot lower on the rear than in front..) and are considering to buy lower springs/shocks, I could need to know what the height is suposed to be original.

    Hence the posted question..

That is really a personal decsion: do you want a lowered car or do you want the car restored to its original ride height and handling? You will have fewer issues, and a more valuable car, if the suspension is restored properly. On the other hand if you like the look of a lowered car that is your choice. No one can really anwer that question for you.

^^^ My sentiments as well. Resale value will go right down if the car ls lowered, and it will probably introduce other issues as well.
