    1988 RWD Brougham T&T Steering Wheel ?

I'm upgrading to a nicer steering wheel. Have not pulled a T&T wheel in 15 years and have forgotten a few things. Question : Do I have to use a puller on the round T&T lock to get that off ? Of course, the wheel bolt is located under it.

    NO!!!!

That part screws out. I used a needle-nose with the points stuck in the two holes to back it out.
