procedure for car that's been sitting for years

I am interested in getting a 1985 fleetwood from a friend. However, the car has been sitting for about 3 years since his father passed away. He has not tried to start it for at least 2 years. Where can I find a list of procedures that should be done before attempting to start it? I assume the old gas has gunked up and clogged the fuel system?

Visually inspect all hoses and belts and run it for a few miles, then replace the fuel filter. There are probably other things... this is just off the top of my head. Someone else will probably be able to give you a better answer.

Do you think it is siezed? I've heard something about "turning the crank" manually, but I don't know if it applies.
