Its NOT copper, its stainless steel. And brake line is sold in lengths to splice in or is ordered thru a vendor pre bent for any specific vehicle. Never use copper tubing on a brake system! Its unsafe and can burst at the fittings. You might try www.hemmingsmotornews.com to find a pre bent brake line seller.

Working in a hardware store I have to tell people that about once a week! About half the people ignore the warning. When I go home at night, I share the same roads with them.....

    Oh well!

Standard brake line is steel, not stainless.

Re: Size brake chopper tubing ?????

    Hi guys,
    Thank for your answers
I think copper is better, because in France we use copper tubbing for the brake on old car.
For my caddie i find steel
But have the size of the tubbing, because i want to find that on ebay or rockauto, but in France we have
metric system, and your is inch system :-( and itīs not easy for me :-(
    Merci

Sorry, realized I didn't answer your question. 3/16" for the fronts. 1/4" to the rears. You should be able to convert that to mm easily.
