    Need some parts....

    You think a junkyard/pullapart is prolly the best idea?

    Parts I need.

    Tie rod end/sleeve
    Gas tank
    Wheel
    Lower control arm
    Front bumper

    all parts are for the right front of a 1979 Sedan DeVille.

    Yes... I kinda wrecked. Damn ice

    You can get the tie rod stuff and the gas tank from a parts store. The rest of those things get from a junk yard.

    Man I went to the boneyard last week and could not believe how many Fleetwoods were there. Seems like every other GM vechicle was a 70's or 80's Fleetwood. Kinda sad really. Point of this is that if the junkyards in your area are anythinglike the ones here: parts are aplenty. Good luck

    Where in Florida is that? Down here, Broward county, it is really hard to find RWD Cadillacs. The only ones that dominate on junkyards are mid-late 80s early 90s FWD Devilles and Fleets. I'm trying to find me an aluminum hood off a 78-79.

    Tampa bay area. Junkyard is off Ulmerton road in Clearwater. It was called Cophers U pull it but I think its LQK or something now. Try to look it up, tons of Caddy's there. Unbelievably many 2 door Fleetwoods from 78-up.
