Still a shame, but oh well....

Best of luck for the sale of your deville. IMO, thats a good starting price.

You really should detail it a little bit. A couple hundred spent on a good detailing will repay you on sale. You could easily get it looking like the 88,000 on the odometer.

I'm trying to figure out the same thing...

In the far distance of the first picture, there appears to be a '70's Cadillac, but I can't tell what it is exactly. Then in the fifth picture there just an '80's de Ville with a bad top.

Ok, with a bit of closer scrutiny, I guess it is a Sedan deVille.

I see you have it listed on ebay.
It wouldn't hurt to plug it here.

    Good luck!

I have been gradually lowering the price and can't seem to find anyone interested in the car. Does anybody have any ideas? I've been driving it a bit and it's a great running/driving car.

Just re-read the thread to remind myself of what was covered.
Did you use any of the ideas we have already given you?

    Another great idea!

I don't remember seeing it listed, with pictures of it all cleaned and detailed, in the Sticky RWD for sale at the top of this forum or in the Deville classified section of the General Discussions forum. I could have missed it.

If you have done so, It may be time to re-list it in both. I hope if you did, you found somewhere, other than a barnyard to take the pictures. Looking at the original photos I could swear I could smell manure. Nothing wrong with that. Grew up in the middle of it, an honest respectable profession, just not the best for car sales. That is why you rarely see new car ads taken there.

If you haven't done these things they would still be my best suggestions for you. If you are unwilling or unable to do these things, then the only thing to do is to keep giving away money until someone bites.

It was nice looking at this car. I love it. I don't usually like those continental kits (what I call them) but this one seems to really look right on this car. The interior and moonroof would make it a keeper for me. I hope somebody gets to enjoy it soon.
