    Climate Control Programmer 1973

I am looking to replace the Climate Control programmer on my Fleetwood. I have seen a few listed on EBAY, however the years that they list do not jive with what I believe is correct.

Does anyone know what year range the '73 fits into? I was told anything from '71, '72, and '73 are interchangebale, yet the '74, '75, and '76 look the same.

Maybe a part number would be helpful, yet I am not able to see much online.

    Thanks!

    Re: Climate Control Programmer 1973

According to the USA PARTS SUPPLY catalog programmers are interchangeable from 1971 to 1976. The controls are equivalent only from 71 to 73. You can check it (page 36): http://www.usapartssupply.com/upload...ac_Catalog.pdf

You can buy it from them but itīs not very cheap and you have to send them your old programmer. At least they must be guaranteed.

The catalog seems to have been changed during the weekend and also programmer equivalent years in the catalog. Now programmers is in page 27.

Unfortunately, the programmer for sale on Ebay have been sold so I can not see the details, but if the car it was took from was a 74 it would fit yours, as 71-74 are all equivalent. 74-76 for all except for the Seville. Iīm not sure what it means: If the 71-74 fits a 74 and the 74-76 too... Could a 76 be used for a 71?

I noticed they changed the catalog. I did purchase the one on ebay. It is the same...the years are a little confusing, but if I did my research correctly, that programmer also worked in the eldorados up until 78. hence the listing for the 78 year.

Iīm glad that you caught it in time If connections look the same than yours, you have a high probability to be right. Price is good for its apparent condition at least.
