1994 FWB - Customizing pricing, advice

I have a 94 FWB I picked up, needs some work but is in altogether good shape, I plan to have the rockers and bumpers rechromed and eventually have it repainted black (it's green now) was wondering if anyone has an idea of how much the rechrome would cost. My other idea, is to have all the chrome trim (rockers, spears, bumpers etc.) finished gold and repaint the body dark red, but I cannot find anyone who has an idea of what this would cost. Also looking for some advice from the lowrider community, is it feasible to run some daytons in the summer and some 20s in the winter without changing my suspension, (riding hydraulics low with the daytons and high on the 20s) or would i more likely have to run bags, and is it possible to get a similar hop with bags... any advice or help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

chrome for a decent job on all those panels and bumpers will run you a small fortune. several thousand if you want anything quality, gold cost more , well because its gold

you could also paint the panels. ive only seen 1 person do it before, left the bumpers chrome though

and you dont have to change any suspension, you can run 14" on up to a 24" tire with low pros without any problems, just the difference i tire height you would have to get a frontend alignment each time you swapped the wheels, if not your camber will be off

you can hop just as high as hydros with airbags just depends how much you want to spend...for hydros its all batteries, airbags its nitrogen

I like the panels chrome, that's the best part of the FW if you ask me, I'm just wondering if i should rechrome or go gold, I know a fair share about rims, the offset, bolt patterns, size and what not, I have a 98 Navigator on 24x10s running 305/35R24, however with my FW I don't plan to go over 20, maybe, maybe 22 but i doubt it, my question was if i ran some daytons on hydros during the summer, could i just throw some 20s on it when winter rolls around without changing anything. I appreciate the tips, and the photo of the painted rockers (makes me 1000% certain it would look awful - in my opinion at least).
