    OBD I Codes/Service Engine Soon help

    I have been having a sporadic showing of Service Engine Soon light showing up on my 94 Fleetwood. when the light comes on i run a code check and come up with 2 codes (always come on together)...P0032 and P0077. Did a search for meaning and came up with this:

    P0032 - EGR open command did not change fuel mixture during off idle operation

    P077 - Cooling fan relay #1 control potential voltage incorrect (PCM)

    Any ideas as to what they mean/how to fix them? Where is the coolant fan relay # 1?

    any help would be much appreciated

    If it has a small hesitation when you take off, the EGR is probably not opening. If the fan stays on or never turns on, the relay is probably bad.

    thanks for the help. I don't feel any hesitation. car runs fine. although i have an oil leak that i haven't been able to locate, could that cause the egr to fail sporadically?
