The front clip is unfortunately not great. The passenger fender has a dent and the headlight bezel is busted.

Trunk lid looked to be in good shape. Straight and no rust that I noticed but I will get you some pics.
Yeah, I would love to see some pics before it goes off to the yard too.

Would like to browse, see if anything jumps out at me that I don't yet know I need!

How is the trunk lock crest?

    Here are some pics.

Trunk lid looks good. No dents. The paint is no good on it but it looks pretty rust free. It looked like maybe a little bubbling right on the inside lip but it felt very solid, just surface rust starting.

The trunk emblem is kind of faded.

I'd definitely put a thread up on lay it low about parts. I'm sure those guys would jump on the 90-92 specific parts. The interior looks pretty damn nice.
I'd be interested in the rocker chrome (I'll have to go through all my random chrome pieces and see what I need).

Too bad you're not in STL. I know a fellow CFer who could use those.

That sucks. I imagine that shipping a whole interior would be very pricy.

How about just the skins of the seats? Or do you need the hardware too?

Re: The official PARTS FOR SALE/WANTED thread!

I am not familiar with the newer Brougham, does it have the center pillar opera lights, and if so do they work? Mine don't and I either need the lights or the transformer.

I also would like to pick up the interior rear map lights (Individual switches on each one.) and sail panel cover if so equipped. Was a d'Elegance option on 87 not sure on newer ones.

The trunk mat looks marginal, do you think it would clean up ok? If so I would like one.

I am looking for seat belt extenders in that color also. They are about 8 inches long and have male and female buckles and were given on request by GM. I have Burgundy ones but would like to get tan instead. Might be in glove box or trunk. They help seniors in back seat find and buckle seat belt so they don't have to search for the one they are sitting on! They were designed for people too large to buckle up, but my folks got them for this reason and they are great.

I've got cloth seats with cigarette burns and tears from child seats. Do you think leather skins from a 90 would fit an 85 with cloth?
What comes off with the skin? What's involved with switching skins?

I thought of the skins also but these babies are thick pillow top with the buttons sewn to the foam. I think they are actually from a '78 FWB. The car I pulled them from was perfect, just couldn't pass smog, sad...

I have a rear button tufted seat from an eldorado biarritz (similar to the d'elegance seats in the FWB). The seat cover has padding sewn to it, but it is seperate from the main seat pad. I'm not sure if those seats would be made similar though (since there is 5 years difference in them).
