No. In 1993, they made the Brougham the uplevel package for the Fleetwood. I'd say probably 75% of the 1993-96 Fleetwoods had the Brougham package though.

To further add confusion some people refer to the 93 Deville Sixty Special as a "Fleetwood" since the top of the line Deville had been a Fleetwood from 89-92.

When I go buy parts at the auto parts store they have it listed that way too in case people ask for a part for a 93 Fleetwood. It's funny to enter 93 Fleetwood into the computer, and then the next screen asks for an engine/drivetrain choice and you get 4.9L V8/FWD and 5.7L V8/RWD as your choices
