Yeah the headliner was starting to sag and I just can't stand that! So It thought I'd tackle the task. After all, I did replace the headliner in my mom's '92 Deville with no major problems.

I used the threads here as a guide and it worked great! (Jay was it you?)
Anyway, my d'Elegance has an astroroof and I have a problem. I can easily redo the the cloth on the board itself, but how can I get to the sliding panel to recover it? It seems to be caged in behind the welded metal of the sunroof assembly. Any thoughts?

The dilemma
I know it looks okay, but I want to replace it, because it sags on humid days and it want the colors of the new material to match too.
And here's a neat trick I learned for removing the foam. Use a cat hair brush. Not the sticky kind, but the brush for removing excess hair from the cat itself. Cost: $0.99 at the dollar store.
