X-tra Capacity Cooling System Standard?

Heyas all! Is the extra capacity cooling system standard on Broughams? I Looked over my build sticker and am wondering if all Broughams have RPO VO3 - the extra capacity cooling system. I've got it and the oil and trans coolers. Were these standard on the Broughams or special order only without the V4P. Because I don't have the tow package but have these options.

Standard--I believe on all models. Tow package cars were then upgraded further with the manual fan, etc. Otherwise, there was no separate cooling option.

And not that it isn't gorgeous, but why do you post that huge picture with so many posts? We get it...
