I came close to buying this car back in '06. Orlando Classic Cars in FL had it at the time. It's actually Atlantis Green, or something like that. They were asking around $12-13K. They told me someone had a hold on it, but later called me back and said it was still available. Informed them I had just closed a deal with Barrett-Jackson for a '79 with only 2800 miles for $14K. The B-J car was my first choice anyway, even though it was somewhat further away (Arizona).

It's definitely not worth 55k. As a maximum I'd say he could get a generous offer of around 20k.

I wish I could have kept my mom's 85 FWB with Firemist Grey and Black top/Black interior. It LOOKED like a triple black in some lights, in some light, it looked like a dark charcoal grey.... The red pinstripes really looked good on it.

But the HT4100 overshadowed the whole car and my mom sold it to someone in Colorado for a 91 Sedan Deville....

I drove the FWB once.... It got better mpg in D than OD..... It was just a dog.... Not bad considering 4.1L and 250 hp and a 4000+ lb barge (3 adults in it too...) But still, nothing in power compared to her old 84 98 Regenncy with a 307 Olds... And before that, her 76 Olds Delta 88 Royale, it would embarass the both of them....
