Can make a sticky so people can post found RWD Cadillacs found so if someone is looking they can find it? This isn't always appropriate for the Classifieds, as the finder isn't the seller.

Suppposed to go look at it Monday, he said he would bring it back if I buy it, that will save me some hassle, but doesn't help negoating a price. 1980 is a desirable model. If theres not too much rust and the interior hasn't been eaten up by a animal or something Ill likely buy it. Ive been wanting to try a vinyl top project anyway.

I love the lt green and green interior on the 78. Such a great Cadillac combo.

It is getting to the point where looking through the ads I find myself only really drawn to the glorious colors you can not find on cars now days. My heart still aches for a triple white Cadillac that I have wanted since I was a kid, but I think I am destined to be like Ahab and forever hunting my big white whale!
I still love them, but there are just too many cool pastels that excite me more. There was just an 76 Coupe de Ville on Chicago CL in metallic orange. It looked so great but I was sad to see it had the tan leather interior. A great car and beautiful combo, but if it had been the plaid orange interior....I would be driving it today!

I finally posted my car on Ebay. Craigslist kept flagging and auto deleting my posts so I gave up on them. Too much work only to have them removed 5 minutes later and the spammers were in full force. The crazy offers I received were at least entertaining. One wanted to know if I would swap even for a Suburban with 300k miles or take $3000 cash and a wrecked 1990 SDV that doesn't run. And they were kind enough to offer to pay for fees to swap tags/title. Now I know why they call it crazylist.

Vinyl top is trashed, which tells me it was stored outside. The low miles tell me grandma couldn't drive anymore, it was parked outside and nobody gave a crap about it. Grandma died, we need to sell her car. That's the sad story of neglect for that car. I think $2000 sounds like a reasonable sale price, not $3500. Interior does look nice though.

does it have the L05 or the L03. With the L05 it should have tons of life left in it as long as it was reasonably well maintained. Probably needs the throttle body vacuum passages cleaned out at this point.
I'm always a little hesitant on the 90-92 since certain parts are near impossible to find up here. But you probably have better yards down there.
Hard to tell from the pic, but the top might be gone.
