I don't really want to or have to sell it. I was just kind of throwing it out there to judge interest. I actually hadn't even considered selling it until I saw this post... So it got me doing a little thinking.

And Kev, don't even START that again!!!! I am not tired of shifting! The car is a million times more fun to drive now than it was before....

And I wouldn't take less than $15k for it. So if anyone would be willing to give me that, then I'd take it. Otherwise, I'm more than happy to continue driving it...shifting all the way....

Yeah, I'm sure you WOULD be happy to take $15K for your car. I guess that pretty much proves you're not REALLY serious about selling it.

Granted, your's is probably runing a lot better then mine but be a little realistic . Oh, btw. If all goes well my baby will have a new home next week . It's for the better. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

Cool Re: 93-96 Fleetwood...which year best?

Could someone please tell me how to tell when a fleetwood was built. I'm interested in buying a 95 or 94 model, or perhaps an early 96. I love the body style and comfort. I know it's probably in the VIN but need to know what code to look for.

Thanks much!

CoupeDePhil

Re: 93-96 Fleetwood...which year best?

Hello.

I'm not completly sure on the "newer" cars, but on my Fleetwood 1976 is there a sticker on the driver doors "edge" where the builddate is written in the form of month / year.
For exampel my car says 02/76.
Again i'm not sure this apply on the newer cars, but I think it does.
I'm sure someone can confirme this or not.

jolle.

Re: 93-96 Fleetwood...which year best?

Yes, it's the same on the new cars. GM never did away with that.
