Where's the fuse box located on an 84 Deville?

I don't have a manual with it, but not sure where to look i need to know because i think my a/c blower fuse went

Right up behind the parking brake. If the fuse is good, it is likely the blower control module...

thanks, yea what happen was the blower only worked when the switch under the steering wheel was up and when the off button was pressed it would not turn off, i started the car and it just shut off and stopped working all together

EXACT same thing happened to in my '85 Brougham. Turned out to be the Brake light fuse. Apparently its on the same circuit. The AC fuse was fine.I took it in to get the brake lights fixed and when i got it back my AC worked perfect. Good luck.
