84 Cadillac Coupe Deville has Leak

My car seems to have a leak on the drivers side just on the left side of the rear tire or in the spot under the left rear passager seat, it seems to have two seprate spots. If anyone could tell me what this might be or how to repair it it if nescassary thanks It doesn't seem to smell like gas, i looked under and don't see any major lines in their.

sounds like the fuel filter area, the lines rub on the clips that support the fuel lines and leak...or the filter itself is leaking

I looked in that area but it looks like my line that goes to the filter is rusted, im not sure if it has the hole, if it is are these easy to fix? the leak did not have the smell of fuel, but that might be the issue.
