yeah, if you're going to go with a different color like that, make it match the interior, and tan/beige is still your best bet in my opinion.
As for bumper fillers, you could check ebay, there's a number of these cars being parted out, but they're probably going to sell you the rubber fillers that were factory, which may only last a few more years anyway
a better solution would be to get them from steele rubber. They sell them made out of fiberglass (ironic, ain't it?). They cost about 200 clams for the pair, but it'll be worth it in the long run, they won't crack or fade.
