My neighbor (a woman of course) backed up into the driver's side door of my car while I was reversing behind her. I became sick when I seen the damage. I would post a picture, but I can't even look at my car right now. It's painful just thinking of how it looks. I don't even want to drive it. I don't know who's paying for it. I know it's going to look terrible even when it is fixed, whenever that may be.

Wow, that sounds REAL expensive to me. I mean REAL expensive!

Once you show them the HIGH estimate to fix it and you get that HIGH amount of money incheck form, then maybe you could find someone to paint the whole thing PINK!!!

I don't have collision. I don't think that she is paying for it because she doesn't think it's her fault. I don't want to leave my room.

it should be her fault she backed into you if she doesn't want to pay for it report it to insurance. Did you get an accident report from the police b/c that will help you out big time

I didn't do anything like that. They are related to us. My father just talked to her husband and he said that he'd get it fixed somewhere but that worries me. I want it to look the way it was before was hit.

Time to stop your whimpering. Her husband said they'd get it fixed so go find a place you want it fixed. Hey, make this a good thing, by the time you get the car back it'll be better than ever, unless you stay in your room and sit there looking like someone shot your dog. Go take care o' bid'ness!

Even if they are friends get a police report about it. If it ends up costing a lot and they don't want to deal with it or want to do it cheaply that's pretty much going to be the only thing you'll have to fall back on.
