Very nice! I see you have a little bit of window trim painting to do, but other than that, wow! Very handsome Brougham. Did the Don give you an offer you couldn't refuse?

Those are OE tires... Uniroyal Goldstripe: Royal Seals

Please for the love of everything holy; get them off and wrap them in plastic, so future generations may know once again, what it means to have stylish white wall tire!

Very nice car and a great find. It looks almost new, considering it's about to turn over.

She's pretty clean for an '89 w/ 98k miles. The previous owner kept it in the garage during Illinois winters. What do ya think?
Very nice find, welcome to the forums!

Re: Post a pic of your RWD Caddy!

While looking for some other pictures, I happened across pictures of my first two cars. This is my second car, a 1977 Sedan de Ville, Demitasse Brown with brown vinyl top and antique medium saddle leather interior. This one had the rare fuel injection option. It was also the car that survived getting t-boned by a full-sized Chevy pickup and drove away under its own power (the Chevy was not so fortunate.

And this is the only picture I have of my first car, a 1977 Coupe de Ville in Sonora Tan with tan cabriolet vinyl top and antique medium saddle leather interior. Had she not been stolen, I'd still have her today. Hard to think she's been gone over 17 years now.

Re: Post a pic of your RWD Caddy!

Thanks for the comments and welcome. I plan to get the trim painted soon along with the hood and trunk. They've got small crackles in the paint. My uncle says that's called crows feet from the sun. Plus there's a few little bitty dents on the side.

I thought the tires were pretty old. They're getting bad kind of quickly since it's my daily driver. I'm not looking forward to replacing them since it's expensive to get a comparable looking tire. Maybe I should put the rims and some new tires from the '92 Deville I used to own on the car to save the Uniroyals for possible shows in the future. They wouldn't look as good as the wires though.

I've got more pictures on Cardomain.com under WWW116's '89 Brougham for His glory. I'll try to post more here on my profile.

I have a question for you guys too...Is that a light in between the front and back door...and should it be functional?
