He fabricated that console using many different parts, it was a trial and error experiment.
Here is another console made by another forum member, this one was based on the late gen Riviera:

Awesome car! | I found them on eBay after months of searching. They are Firestone 2.5" Whitewalls. Try Broadway Classics or Coker if you want them ASAP. |

I already bought a set of the 1.3 inch whitewalls that came standard on on early 80's fleetwood broughams. I figured i may as well go for the original look this time around, but those monster whitewalls are something i wouldn't mind giving a try... |
