Well anyway, it doesn't look like a limo. It looks too short. Not to mention that it is a deville and not a Fleetwood. Really strange. I wonder if the top works. Then you have a phaeton.

Ok, I lightened up the picture and I see the jumpseats in it now. Weird. I think you need it Kevin.
If you were cheap and wanted a limo, you cut up a deville instead of buying a fleetwood commercial chassis (same reason you occassionally see deville hearses). And no, I do not need that exercise in dumbassery.

I have seen a few Cadillac "convertibles" over the years in California. I guess if you are going to do something like that it makes sense to do it in a place that is sunny and warm (and without much rain). But still-how big a set does it take to whack off the entire roof of a limo, and expect to ever be able to sell it for anything but scrap?

If it were well done and on a good looking car it would be a blast to load up and cruise in though!

It would and that is why it would be worth something at least. Now storing it would be something else. I wonder if the convertible top works.

Needs some odds and ends along with a new vinyl top. Heres how it looks right now
    Very nice find.
