I'm not sure what the color is officially called. I know there's a shade darker than that, which is more burgundy, and a shade lighter which is full on red. My color is actually a little darker than it is the pictures. the flash on the camera sort of bleaches it out a bit.
Nice black Fleetwood! The base model is rare and to my eyes looks better without the vinyl roof like you have. Plus, I like the different look of the lace look alloy wheels. Keep it going! Dave

I've always liked the non vinyl roof more as well. But since i've first visited this forum, i think i'm changing my mind. She's my baby though, i'm never letting her go. i wanna take her to the meet so i can finally meet everybody.

That's what I like to see. Often you realize that your car may not have all the options you wanted, or it may not be the right color, or in the best condition, but you love it anyway because it's yours, and the fact that it is the only one that is yours. Other people may have Broughams colored like mine, or in better condition than mine, but they don't have mine. I love how cars are so personable like that.
I also love how they are two tons of steel on wheels.
i want to make the meet really bad. but there's too much on the car i want to fix before i park next to these beautiful d bodies i see here. paint, suspension, tires, brakes, etc. too much to list before may 19. like a true cubs fan would say, there's always next year...
Someone from my girlfriend's past keyed the whole side of the car one day. honest to god, headlight to taillight. then did the other side and the hood two days later! i cannot show her off like this! barely like washing her cuz the scratch shows more...
