I'm not a fan of environmental liberals and their complaining about everything on four wheels either. If that's the price i pay for driving a good looking car, so be it. people nowadays just want something to be edgy about, and since most college kids see cars as pointless machines that only serve as transportation and a place to eat drive through food, well, they attack them. It's my right as an American to drive a Cadillac for it's style and beauty, and say to hell with the fuel economy. If you don't like it, go to Russia.
I still claim my record is 28 mpg on my trip out to cape cod about a year ago. I can't explain it, nor do I try. |

im just trying to make a point that its really annoying when all of the UCSC hip cool college kids trying to act like theyve lived in my town for their whole lives walk up to me and say "hey man... why are you driving a car like that in times like this?" and "youre making it harder to breathe for everyone" to that i reply that 1, my car gets 26mpg on a good day. 2, this car was a gift from my grandfather, and 3, i flip them the finger and walk away.
maybe it sounded like i was dissing on people who protect the enviroment. but no way, i'm one of them | Maybe you should educate them on the fact that used cars are the highest for of recycling there is and that gasoline is not the only oil product and how many barrels of oil go into all the new rubber, plastics, and paints that are used to produce new cars. They might understand then, probably not though as they are all a bunch of pot smoking hippies!!!

These kids have no idea with their softball exhaust ricers or the mom and dad provided SUV. Personally I think seeing a "No War For Oil" sticker on an Excursion is justification for homicide by tire iron!!!
