    Front Suspension - 2006 DTS

    Hello,

I am looking for the strut mount kit for the front of a 2006 DTS (Y vin). I can't seem to find an OEM assembly. Monroe makes one, but I am more inclined to stick with the OEM.

I am also looking for the front struts. Can you help me?

    Thank you.

With regard to the strut mount, two mechanics told me that the clunking in the steering is due to this part but they used different terminologies (plate, bearing, mount, etc.). I am guessing that the bearing must be the main culprit for the noise.

I have a FE1 suspension. I am at my office right now and cannot run to my car until later. It have the standard suspension (not the sport/magnetic ride).

    Thanks.

if it's making noise while turning it would likely be the bearing
if it's just making noise over bumps then it's either the mount (up top) or the front lower control arm bushing (at the bottom)

    the struts would be
    #19208029
    $186.96 - list price each
    $116.85 - your price each

shipping will depend on where you are, but will probably be in the $15-$25 range per strut
