    2005 EXT transmission problems.

I have a 2005 EXT, have only had it 3 weeks. Can not get the Check engine light to stay off. Already replaced Mass air flow sensor, now throwing code P0894 transmission slipping. Love the rig. Only 59000 miles on it. Hoping Cadillac dealer will take care of this issue on good faith. Not going to hold my breath on that though. I did purchase extended warranty. Would rather not use it after only 600 miles of my use. Anybody else have similar issues on this rig?

    Re: 2005 EXT transmission problems.

My '05 started doing the same thing , threw the P0894 code after towing my traler to Fla. recently....originally thought it was just low fluid level (took about 1 pt at hot temp. level) but even after topping off continues to throw code & light the dash!.....did you get any answers?
