mechanic in SF, CA Bay Area?
I own a 1967 Cadillac Coupe de Ville. She is baby blue/black int./black top, and loaded with every option except heated seats and shoulder belts. I live in San Mateo, CA, near the SFO airport.
I have purchased the Rochester carb book, but I can't seem to make the car run right. I might have vacuum leaks, badly set up carb, or who knows what is causing the rough warm idle and fast cold idle speed...
Anyone know an old time mechanic on the peninsula? Anyone familiar with Rochester carbs?
I have tried the guy who tunes the carbs (Olie's), but he does not work on cars (just carbs).
Any leads on mechanics appreciated.
