Any fix for the AWD STS's???

My transmission as well as several others on this forum do not shift correctly. Everyone complains of the same thing, hesitation and reluctance to downshift. All of us are STS4 owners. My dealer has no fix nor does any of the other dealers. This is a real problem. It ruins the drivability of the car as you can imagine when the car will not downshift. Hope someone at cadillac reads this and offers at least some type of response.
