Here is a model I am working on that I thought I would share with you. Just In time for the 50th anniversary of the 1967 Eldorado!
-The car is based on the 2010 Camaro-Zeta Platform. I have always felt that the new Camaro has absolutely perfect proportions for an Eldorado.
-Every body panel is unique save the A pillars and the doors. (However it would have different glass, door handles and a chrome strip at the beltline.)
-The roof, sail panels, front and rear clip and wheels are all inspired by the Cadillac Sixteen, which (again in my opinion) is the one of the most beautiful cars ever made.
-The rear pass windows would retract..a-la 1967. (Unlike the Camaro)
-The fuel filler neck would be behind a hinging drivers rear taillight.
