Wasn't me, though I was on the 407 later in the day. Looks like a V. I was dodging chunks of ice falling off a truck as well.

I drove by in eastbound lanes just after it happened. They were starting to shut down the westbound 407. Considering how much damage there was I didnt think anyone survived that.
