Need some help installing Volant

I got the CAI for my DTS. The instructions that come with it are almost useless. There's a bag of bolts they don't say anything about and there's a single very poor picture on installing the PCM.

Does anyone have a good installation guide for this install? Volant doesn't seem to be responding and the link on the website doesn't work. Doesn't surprise me since the whole site was down for 3 days.

Send it back. Your stock intake may easily be better than theirs is.

Why do people keep saying that? When I inquired about this type of thing everyone raved about the Volant boxes now everyones bashing them and i can't get any insight or help. I'm really starting to get pissed.

I don't think I can send it back, I bought it on eBay form an eBay retailer.

Volant on CTS is supposed to be great. The FWD 4.6 cars seem to have great air intakes. It's not that the Volant is bad, but it just doesn't seem to be any better than the original.
