quick engine question

i know my 95 eldo had a recall on the fuel system hose and pipes, and they were originally nylon tubing and they would replace it with stainless steal and i took the beauty cover off my engine to see if my car ever was fixed from the previous owner and i saw a stainless steal pipe that comes around the back of the engine and goes in a |_| shape around the side of the engine, the pipe says ac delco on it, is that the fuel line because i could fine no other pipes?

The fuel rail was the part that had a recall. And that is the part that is on top of both sides of the engine. You should be able to see it. It's what the fuel injectors are connected to.
