Fuel Pressure Loss

I am losing all fuel pressure after 30 mintues. Its not the fuel pump, replaced. Either the injectors or the Fuel Pressure release valve. Which one do you think it is. I cant check the FUel Pressure valve becuase the plastic is hard its not just a hose. Could there be any more possibilities?
