The torque on the oil pan bolts is 10NM or 89 in/lb. There is an oil distribution manifold between the block and the oil pan. I thought my oil pan was leaking, I tightened up the bolts...it made the leak worse, the oil manifold was leaking as well as the oil pan. Once pulled the engine and replaced the oil pan gasket and buttoned it back up, it leaked worse than originally because the seal on the block side of the oil manifold was toast.
Clean the pan and manifold edges real good w/ some carb cleaner and a rag, start the car and then verify where it's leaking from.
