Increase 96-03 Cadillac performance $1200

Here is a copy of an email i received from a company that can increase the performance of our newer caddies with the ODBII.


Yes, we can control the fuel and that usually good for 10 to 20+ HP and some times will reach a full 10%. We would need the car for a least one full day and the first time cost is $1200. From that point any re tuning could be done within 1 HR.

Believe me, If you give me $1200, I'm sure I can find you 10HP.

im definatly not saying it's worth it, but it's one of the only companies i found that said something actually could be done!

I bet all you're paying for is a full dyno with an A/F ratio and then a reflash. $1200 is ridiculous. All he will do is play with the fuel curve and timing.

for 1200, that better include some new cams for that chip!

domestic performance already advertises a 96-98 chip, for 450-550, call them, ill bet they now have the 98+ available, still expensive, but 1200 is insane, im sure a dealership would even do it for that much $$$!
