Unhappy turn signal problem ('94 STS)

Both left and right turn signals have stopped working, they seem to try to work every once in a while.
    Emergency flashers works.
Manual states there are 2 flashers, I can only see one silver can flasher under the dash, (replaced it, no change). Is 1 flasher for the emergency lights, and the other for the turn signals?
Where is the other flasher located?
I supected the turn signal switch, changed it, ( what a job), but no change.

    Please Help

    Thanks

Re: turn signal problem ('94 STS)

Since I did not get any replies, I went to Ask.com.
I was sent in the direction of the left side of the steering column.
After removing the kick panel, the knee panel, and a metal plate covering the
    steering column.
I did find the turn signal flasher relay hidden, mounted with a clip on the
back side of the left none removable knee panel, behind the lip edge of the panel, it is black and can not be seen if you do not know that it is there.
I replaced it and that corrected the problem.

    FYI

I dont even bother at mind anymore. My left brake light doesnt lit and the buld are not burnt. Also ther left flasher flash faster than the right when the headling is on and right is faster when headlight is off. Oh well whose care.
