    real fast idle

'95 Eldo. Idle runs a tad over 2,000 rpm. Disconnect the idle air controller, and apply +12 volts to the two blue motor terminals (with a spare connector), I can get it to idle smooth down to 450 or lower(stall).
Reconnect the 4 pin idle air controller to the car harness, and we're back up to 2,000. Any ideas? PCM?

My Eldo idles around 1500, so I am interested on some input too.
