What is the best way to pull this out ? The guides for the cylinderhead is already pulled out on this picture!

I use a large pair of Channel Lock pliers. Grab tightly, twist with slight upward pull. It will take a few partial turns to get it out.
Another way is to put a steel rod in the head alignment dowel, grip the dowel tightly with Vise Grips, and then using a hammer tap and outward to remove.
Replace with new dowel pins.
In either case take precautions to avoid any damage to the engine block. The aluminum is very soft and a scar can cause a new head gasket leak.
