Just purchased a 98 Concours that has hit 102776. I was just wondering what the deal the the head bolts pulling at 100,000+ miles is it normal for the head bolts to pull at that mileage or is a certain year of the North*. The car has been WELL maintianed, coolant flushes and all. I just got around to changing the plugs and the wires today. I noticed how ever that the plugs said PACKARD on them, is the OEM manufacture for the plug wires? I thought they would say delco or something like that on them.

Packards are original wires.
I guess mileage and maintenance don't matter to much when it comes to headbolts. Mine pulled at 60000. Luckily, the warranty covered it.

Re: 100,000+ questions
It can be delayed by good maintenance, but mostly at some point in time they will pull..... It may be low (like 60k), or it might be 150k...... I guess it depends on the luck of the draw!!!!
