Anyone know what the washer and speednut on the rear transaxle mount is for?
The rear transaxle mount has two studs onto which the transaxle bracket sits. The new mount has a washer and speednut on only one of the studs. It shows up on the pictures on gmpartsgiant as well but it doesn't appear in the service manual. This causes the mount to support one side slightly higher than the other. Anyone know why or if it should be removed?
