    95 Eldorado 4.6L Engine stalls

95 Eldorado. Engine always stalls at idle and no pedal force. Replaced fuel regulator last month. Code is P027C - open throttle signal switch. How can I check the circuit? Is this a five volt circuit? Alternative may be Idle control valve/motor, but no other codes displayed for PCM. Also, throttle valve sticks to throat after sitting off for a minute or more. PCM data shows -.9 degrees throttle position.

I think your problem is the open throttle switch on the ISC motor. Take it apart and clean the contacts before replacing it. I seem to recall others having luck with it before.
