    Smile01 Olds Aurora Question...

Yes I know this is a Caddy forum but I noticed some excellent replies from mechanics so I figured I give it a shot...I have an 01 olds aurora with a 3.5L and I need to know if there is a specific drive cycle for the car to activate the diagnostics for the EVAP AND SECONDARY AIR so the "not ready" goes away. I didnt get too far in my annual inspection with 3 "not readies" lit...lol.One cleared but the others arent going away even with many miles driven.Any help would be great thanks!!

Most jurisdictions allow two monitors not set as long as the SEL is out.

Factory Service Manual may be your salvation here. Don't bother with Haynes or Chiltons unless you need instructions to change a tire. Try eBay or www.helminc.com
