Oil burning TSB.. I know this has been talked about before

I know there was a TSB Released about the excessive oil burning. My 99 STS does not leak oil anywhere but still uses 1 quart every 500-1000 miles depending on how I drive it, and mor towards the 500 mile range because I drive it hard all the time. It looks like a lot of oil is coming through the PCV system as a vapor but I can't be sure. There was a TSB that the dealer could put some liquid into the cylinders that would clean up the rings but I can't find it anywhere; does anyone recall this?

    Thanks!
