I have an 02 ETC... i had a 96 ETC but this one has an unusual amount of torque steer. Is this common among these cars?

Um there really isn't a big difference in power between the 96 and the 02 maybe 10-15 horsepower. It could be that the tires are different from what you had on the 96, and they are gripping better than that car did. But you can definetly expect some torque steer from a 300hp front driver.

Personally, I never noticed torque steer on any car, including 2 94 Eldos and 1 97 ETC and 1 2004 Grand Prix with Supercharger
