Camshaft Pulley will not come off!!

Guys I am doing the headgaskets in my 99 sts. The motor is out and I have the rear head off. The front head is causing problems as I cannot remove the valve cover because the plastic pulley will not come off the end of the camshaft. I Have tried a small 2 jaw puller and had no success. Does it unscrew, is there a way of doing this?

I'd agree, a power steering pulley puller is what you need. Cad made a special tool for that but it is essentially the same thing as a PS pulley puller.
