New England CTS-V people need mille miglia wheels with snows?

i am turning in my CTS-V for end of term lease and i have a spare set of mille miglia wheels (tirerack) with TPS units that come with both GY F1-D3s mounted plus a set of snow tires (blizzak).

not looking for money as much as i am to part with the goods to people who can use them.

please let me know. locals preferred.
