    4.5 fwd to chevy 350

    i heard someone makes a plate to mount chevy 350 to my 4.5 tranny .any thoughts? 1990 sedan deville

    why you want to do such thing?
    IMO Caddys 4,5 is way better engine, than SBC.
    OK, Chevy has more performance parts....

    i've been thinking about that too. But i dont think the trany could handle the power, but feiro guys put 350s in there cars, so a trany from one of those might work. A trany that doesnt need a computer would be best. Heh, if you wanted, you could even use a 5 speed.
