HT4100 EGR schematics needed to figure out smog issue, BAD F'ING NEWS

Can you please lead me to the HT 4100 ('84 Sedan DeVille) engine wiring schematic? Or which book should I buy?

    Apparantly,

I need to figure out where these chopped bunch of wires belong, and take A BOLT OUT OF THE EGR tube. If you have any idea, give me a hand here. I took some pics just in case you don't have the wiring schematic memorized:

I just got home from trying to smog my 84 Sedan Deville (HT 4100) for change of ownership. Apparently the previous owner had not smogged this thing in a while. Perhaps he wasn't legally driving it. Someone had chopped the EGR wires (or whatever wires are taped up in a cluster) and put a bolt in the EGR return tube, as well as routed the vacuum tube in the EGR or some twisted F'd up thing like that.

EDIT: So, 160HC was the score because of bad spark plugs and the OG cat.; I just bought some Bosch Plat. 2 plugs, and I hope they r good enough.

Nevermind, I'll figure it out.... Hopefully these Chilton schematics are representative of what's under my hood.
