ECM specs, where do I find them?

Ok, now that I've got the motor in the hole (with oil on top ) where should I look for the ECM specs when running diagnostics on the car? For instance, I get a -.2 for my TPS; is it in spec or out? That is just one of the many things I would like to check, but you get the idea.

    Thanks again guys...

Specs are in the FSM. Try Ebay. At what condition are you getting -.2 for the TPS? With the ISC plunger retracted all the way and not touching the throttle lever, the reading should be between -.5 and +.5.
