no chime? cant' open gas lid?

Another proud owner of a 95 sedan deville! I also have a 93 STS with 101k

I have a question for my 95 sedan deville, I can't open the gas lid from the dash and when I leave my parking lights on when I turn off the car it does not chime to tell me they were left on? I am assuming its a fuse. were do I locate this fuse?

If you need to get at your gas cap quick there`s a manual pull cord on the inside of the trunk. There is a fusebox under the hood and in the trunk---they`re both very visible so quite easy to find, you may have to pull the trunk liner aside to get at the trunk fuse box.If you have your owners manual, find the "fuses" section and there are details as to what fuse goes to what accessory.
I have a '95 Sedan Deville also. How many miles are on it?
